Requirements:

Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site Conduct daily toolbox meeting Have knowledge in electircal or carpentry works Able to rectify and supervise works done on site Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min 18 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety Possess work at Height Supervisor Certificate Good interpersonal and communication skills Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Can work well in a team Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others Can multitask, must help to do general work if required Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure * Ability to keep track of multiple projects
