Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, manage, and execute construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.




Supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors, and assign responsibilities.




Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and adapt to changes in plans or schedules.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.




Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices.




Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control throughout the construction process.




Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.




Maintain project documentation and prepare detailed progress reports.




Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.




Promote a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
