Job Description

Project Planning and Coordination:

Overseeing project schedules, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Site Management:

Supervising daily construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality, and specifications.

Resource Management:

Managing labor, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.

Quality Control:

Inspecting work to ensure it meets design specifications, standards, and codes.

Compliance and Safety:

Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Documentation:

Maintaining records of project progress, daily reports, safety logs, and change orders.

Problem Solving:

Addressing and resolving technical issues, delays, or conflicts that arise during construction.

Communication:

Liaising between the project management team, design team, workers, and clients.

Budget Management:

Monitoring expenses and controlling costs to stay within project budgets. *

Progress Monitoring:

Tracking project milestones and updating stakeholders on progress
