Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure work progresses according to schedule. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Report project progress, delays, or issues to project manager/engineer. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations. Resolve technical and operational problems on-site.
