Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the job site. Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications. Schedule and manage labor, materials, and equipment on site. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and materials used. Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow safety procedures and use protective equipment. Report progress to management and update schedules and plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a construction supervisor, foreman, or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, safety guidelines, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent;

Working Conditions:

Primarily works on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and loud environments. Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. * May involve overtime and weekend work to meet project deadlines.
