Oversee entire construction projects and execute on time delivery within budget
Manage contractors and construction materials
Schedule and estimate project completion time to ensure that projects are completed within specified time
Manage works with Safety and Quality on top priority and ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction team
Overview on Compliance and Local Regulations
Obtain and ensure the necessary licenses or permits for each construction stages
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/construction projects
Meticulous with leadership/problem-solving skills/qualities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent experience in managing of Construction projects in Oil & Gas industry (especially in Jurong Island) is strongly required.
Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. Primavera, MS Project, Autocad, etc).
Understand the Drawings and able to take-off quantities and create the budget and monitor the cost throughout the project.
Able to work for Extended hours.
* Perform to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
