Job Description

Key responsibilities


Team leadership

: Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.

Safety and compliance

: Enforce all safety regulations, monitor for hazards, inspect work for compliance, and ensure all permits and licenses are in order.

Coordination

: Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other professionals involved in the project.

Reporting

: Prepare work progress reports and maintain detailed records of project activities.

Construction knowledg

Leadership

: Ability to manage teams, motivate staff, and provide clear direction.
