Lead the Practice team in development, configuration and implementation of the firm's Practice Management System
Organise and review meetings
Oversee and supervise the Practice Management team in providing support to internal teams
Lead and provide guidance during review meetings
Consolidate and provide weekly progress updates to the core Project Team
Monitor and manage vendor's progress in fulfilling deliverables and meeting timelines
Support Project Lead in tracking implementation progress, monitoring customisation budget and preparing information for meetings with vendor
Requirements:
At least 6 years' experience in a site supervisor role, preferably from the professional services, consulting or financial services industry
Project management experience in enterprise business management solutions is advantageous
Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or a related discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and able to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work effectively under time pressure
