Able to work independently and supervise construction work Min. Diploma candidates preferred At least 2 years experience with relevant field Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Assist site supervisor with daily operation Liaising with main contractor for coordination work Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress Report to Project Director / Project Manager Any other duties as assigned by the Project Director / Project Manager Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks * Coordinate subcontractors and manage their activities on site
