The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently, and coordinate manpower to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors on-site
Plan, assign, and monitor daily work schedules to meet project milestones
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations (WSH)
Inspect work progress and quality, resolving any issues promptly
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on project requirements
Maintain accurate site reports, attendance, and material usage records
Train and guide workers to improve skills and productivity
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site management
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to read drawings and coordinate various trades effectively
Possess valid safety certifications (e.g. WSQ, BCSS) preferred
Able to work at different job sites and flexible hours when required
