Why This Role Is Valuable The Project Management Office (PMO) Support reports to the PMO Manager within the Revantage Asia. The primary responsibility of this position is to support project reporting, project finances, and manage time tracking tool (MS Project Online) and assist with IT asset procurement activities. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, finance background, great communicator, passionate, committed, and a fast learner, while at the same time being coachable and open to new approaches to technology solution projects. How You Add Value (including but are not limited to) IT project management and governance, timesheet management, etc. Project Finance management including maintenance and optimization existing financial trackers (budget and actuals) for Revantage Asia and Portfolio Companies Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure project financials are tracked and billed on time across Revantage Asia and Portfolio companies Assist in procurement of IT assets, licenses, and the related paperwork Purchase Order creation What You Bring To The Role Technical skills & Experience: Required: . Project Management support experience . Project Finance management and tracking . Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Important: . Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint . Proficiency in Microsoft Project Online Non Technical Skills: Required: . Relevant Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree . I.T. Project Finance management and tracking . Project Management experience leading multiple projects . Resource allocation and forecasting . Strong communication skills . Strong interpersonal skills . Can zoom from big picture to detail Important: . Able to ramp-up quickly. Takes initiative and is a self-starter . Creative thinking and problem solving . Relevant Domain Experience .
