Assist and support Senior Consultant to manage assigned projects to ensure timely delivery and meeting clients' and specific standard requirements
Support in designing and developing documentation by gathering process interviews / reviews and analysis from clients' business processes
Conduct training to transfer skills to clients for maintenance of the standards
Perform audits to validate the standards implementation
Provide post implementation maintenance and support for the clients
Engage and build collaborative relationship to support clients
Job Requirements
:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration
Min 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience (Preferred)
Experience in Project Management and managing clients professionally
Strong knowledge of business workflow and processes
Good communication, problem solving and written skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Good project and time management skills
