What the role is:To provide strategic counsel in the area of integrated marketing communications with the objective of accentuating the organisation\'s role as the champion of the arts.Lead team in strategies for arts audience developmentDevelop, build and implement, initiatives and campaigns for Catch and related products, to grow arts audience attendance and participation, as well as advocate for the appreciation of the value of the artsPlan, lead and develop an audience development playbook to provide guidance and insights to growing audiences for the entire arts sectorAnalyse audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.Plan and execute targeted campaigns to attract and retain diverse audience segments.Monitor and report on audience metrics, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in audience development strategiesRequirementsGood university degreeAt least 10 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital and marketing communications, with experience in branding, and arts marketing desirableExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsGood project management and leadership abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholdersKnowledgeable and passionate about the artsAbout National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
