Founded in 2011, Empact is a leading social enterprise with a mission to build the capacity of social organisations (referred to as non-profit organisations and social enterprises) in Singapore and the region. Our aim for our capacity building efforts is to empower these social organisations to be empowered for greater impact. Through our cross-sector collaboration with sector developers, grantmakers, corporates and volunteers, we bridge the capacity gap of the social sector by channeling talents, skills and resources to co-create innovative solutions to address the various needs of social organisations. To date, Empact has impacted and empowered more than 2,000 social organisations in the region, with a contribution of savings amounting up to $9 million worth of professional services that have been rendered pro bono for the social sector. In 2022, Empact won the President\xe2\x80\x99s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards City of Good (for Pro Bono School with our partners, Procter & Gamble and Credit Suisse) and was also recognised as a Champion of Good.
DESIGNATION : Consultant, Organisation Transformation

RESPONSIBILITIES
An Overview We are currently looking for a Consultant for Organisation Transformation team, who will be reporting to our Principal Consultant. You will be working together with a fun and diverse team to deliver and contribute to transformation and advisory projects through solution co-curation, project management and stakeholder engagement to build the capacities and capabilities of social organisations. Your job role will cover:

• Solution Deliveries: Contribute to advisory and consultancies to clients through quality solution development, problem solving, stakeholder engagement to build capacities and capabilities and drive transformation of social organisations in navigating their dual growth goals of financial and social impact
• Research and Data Analytics: Guide and review market research and analysis of a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data, turn into actionable insight and recommendation for clients
• Project Management: Take the lead in project management and stakeholder engagement for low to mid complex projects to ensure projects are delivered within specified timeline, budget, specifications and client satisfaction are achieved, working with and guiding other team members as necessary
• Design & Innovation: Contribute to research and the development of new solution areas related to advisory, strategic partnership & knowledge management to support business growth and competitiveness in the market
• Business Development & Lead Generation: Contribute to project proposal development and potential leads identification from existing projects to support Business Development and healthy Sales Pipelines
• Team Learning & Collaboration: Contribute to others\xe2\x80\x99 learnings within and across teams; collaboration across team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, majored in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Human Resource, Psychology, Sociology, or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience i.e., in management or HR consulting / advisory, research company, business process improvement, organisational development, business and data analytics, project management.
• Possess problem-solving, analytical & conceptual thinking skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills; Take initiative, customer service oriented
• Have familiarity of the community and social service sector (landscape, key agencies, resources and social agencies) would be advantage
