Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Expose yourself to both Client and Candidate management responsibilities within an intensive 3 months comprehensive training phase.
• Business Development & Cold-Calling - Identify and develop new business opportunities with a myriad of Clients depending on your expertise/background within a Specialist sector of Bayes
• Perform recruitment functions such as Job Interviews, matching candidates to various jobs, understanding the requirements and desires of various job-seekers
• Perform matches and pre-qualifications for candidates and jobs available to ensure that the best-fit between candidate and job is ideal
• Work together with Clients and Candidates to ensure that respective interests in job requirements are met and adhered to
