Overview

The SAP HCM consultant is responsible to deliver projects and change requests on SAP systems and integrations between SAP and other sub-systems.

You will also be responsible in the managing and implementing of IT projects of specific modules with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer\'s requirements

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Involved in SAP (HCM) user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems.
• Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation
• Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
• Support SAP (HCM) based on business requirements, policies and standards.
• Work closely with SAP Functional teams to address roles as required to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
• Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.
• Review service targets and ensure that service targets are met, as well as maintain high service levels to customers

A little about you:

• Preferably 5 or more years of relevant working experience in SAP HCM
• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Self-motivated with a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to travel as required
