The

Consultant

will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and business transformation projects. You will engage with senior stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver practical solutions that achieve lasting impact. The role requires a balance of analytical capability, communication excellence, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead problem-solving across operations and supply chain initiatives, applying strategic thinking and analytical rigor. Engage effectively with stakeholders including manufacturing plants, supply chain partners, and leadership teams. Deliver high-quality outputs on time, ensuring professional standards are met. Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions and support implementation alongside clients. Actively contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing within the firm.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. At least 3 years of relevant experience,

ideally in supply chain, operations, consulting

, or corporate functions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Adaptable, coachable, and intrinsically motivated with curiosity to learn. Willingness to work at client sites, including manufacturing environments. Fluency in English and proficiency in South East Asian languages will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
