Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To prepare quotation for Customer Consultant (CSC)
• To get costing sheet and quotation approval from management
• To obtain legal advice on customers contract terms and conditions
• Manage System Order Management (DFSD & Oracle) and reports.
• To update order into Sales Pipeline promptly and accurately
• To provide Service Agreement renewal to the customers on time
• Perform any other duties or undertake additional role from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• Diploma in Business, O Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec or relevant field.
• Good computer knowledge Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Words
• Self-organized and meticulous.
• Customer communication and business develop skills.
• Require interaction with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, etc.
• Good Teamwork

Information:

• Salary: up to $3500 + AWS + VB
• Location: Boonlay Way
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
