Join the winning team now!Work you\'ll do:You will be part of our structured Deloitte Consulting SEA Analyst Program and be given a personal coach, the opportunity to undergo a 1-month intensive bootcamp training aimed at equipping you with the skillsets necessary to excel, and opportunities to gain regional exposure by travelling across SEA as part of project assignments, and other professional development opportunities.This program will allow you to develop core consulting skills and business acumen whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.You will work with our practice leaders and professional consultants as a team to solve complex business problems and deliver high quality solutions to our clients on areas including but not limited to:

• Traditional actuarial engagements, including valuations and pricing
• Actuarial transformation, including but not limited to target operating model design and process re-engineering
• Prophet model development and optimization
• Implementation of IFRS 17 from both a technical and non-technical actuarial standpoint
• Risk management
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Actuarial audits
• Support senior leaders with business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and generating proposals

Requirements:

• Available to commence work in July 2024
• Strong academic bachelor\'s degree or above in Actuarial Studies and related disciplines
• Qualified or committed to obtaining fellowship qualification of an internationally recognized actuarial organization is encouraged
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Ability to develop good working relationships with the team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
