About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Agentic Automation training program as a trainee. This program is designed to equip aspiring consultants and specialists with foundational knowledge of Agentic Automation, focusing on AI agents, robots and technology platforms from market leaders UiPath, Blue Prism, Xceptor and Microsoft. Trainees will engage in hands-on learning experiences that emphasize a practical approach to problem solving and solution development.
What You Can Expect

• Instructor-led training in discovering automation opportunities, defining as-is processes and designing best-fit solutions.
• Foundational learning and application of technology platforms as they relate to digital transformation.
• Real-time exercises using UiPath and cloud sandbox environments.
• Understanding real-world use cases and broaden one's perspective.
• Opportunities to provide feedback and contribute to course content improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and function in the different roles of business analyst, automation developer and robot support
• Define use cases by analyzing business and functional requirements, including optimization, redesign and/or reengineering.
• Gather business requirements, conduct feasibility study, design, develop, test, deploy and document automation.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, as-is process and to-be solution.
• Engage customers to ensure successful adoption of automations.
• Learn design, implementation and testing best practices.
• Monitor and support successful execution of automations.
• Analyze, root-cause and problem-solve issues and provide timely fixes to minimize disruptions.
• Assist Project Manager in planning, defining scope, timelines, monitor progress of project and address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least a Degree/Diploma in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other relevant courses like Business Infotechnology.
• Interested in Automation and AI as applied in the real world.
• Innovative, bold, humble and sincere.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to different learning styles and collaborate with peers and managers.
• Able to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment.
• Loyal, dedicated and lead by example.
