Job Description


A retail-centric and direct-to-consumer client is looking for an experienced Consumer Engagement Insights and Analytics Manager to join its regional hub in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

  • Independently manage Consumer Engagement data analysis and systems for Consumer Engagement KPIs optimisation
  • Translate statistical insights into actionable plans for consumer engagement targets
  • Optimise client targeting and tactics for global and regional consumer engagement goals
  • Generate monthly executive summaries with action plans for management review, and collaborate with cross-departments
  • Implement acquisition/retention programs, analyze behavior data, and lead data quality management
Key requirements
  • 7-8 years of CRM experiences in retail-centric and direct-to-consumer companies/businesses (eg fashion, alcohol, beauty, hospitality)
  • Strong data/business analysis track record, with consumer marketing, segmentation, and content mapping expertise
  • Strong database design, data mining, Excel skill and reporting tools (eg. Salesforce, Business Objects, Klienteling web, DCC, Siebel)
  • Effective communicator, detail-oriented, adaptable team player in multicultural environments
  • Thrives as an individual contributor
Remuneration
  • between S$100,000 and S$120,000 annual base, plus variable bonus potential
