Develop robust SE Asia Consumer Engagement strategies, from retailer go-to-market strategies to product specific communication plans that will support organisational priorities, drawing on best practice, trends, and emerging technologies.
Lead and partner with internal and external parties to manage all Consumer Engagement activities, including but not limited to CRM, Website Visibility, Digital Media, Product Content, Social Media, Sampling etc.
Develop campaign tool kit, review, and validate digital proposal shared by partners, provide insights on how to optimize customer journey when applicable.
Establish KPIs to measure success and drive best in class analysis and practice. Oversee data analysis and share regular reporting for all digital programs.
Take ownership for targets and budgets, monitor the digital marketing spend and review its efficiency, effectiveness, and priorities on a regular basis.
Proactively keep ahead on timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Stay abreast of industry trends, able to think critically and provide strategic insights, collate competitor activities for the wider business.
Develop excellent working relationships with cross-functional teams (PR, Commerce, Education etc) to provide Consumer Engagement support as required.
Requirements
Min. 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail industry.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Have a flexible and professional attitude, a team player.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and at a hands on level.
Marketing or relevant degree preferred.
Result-oriented with strong passion to achieve defined business priorities.
Data-driven, detail-oriented and enjoys working with numbers and analytics.
