Consumer Finance Contact Centre Manager

to oversee inbound support and collections operations. The role plays a critical function in maintaining high portfolio quality and optimizing customer financial services performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the inbound consumer finance and collections team, overseeing performance, quality, and compliance Ensure accuracy of financial data, timely account resolutions, and high customer satisfaction Drive improvements across reporting, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency Manage end-to-end collections for finance and levies portfolios, with a focus on minimizing defaults Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT Develop staff and ensure high-performing service through training, coaching, and quality control

What We're Looking For

Collection experience

in B2C financial services or a related industry

Fluent Mandarin speaker

with excellent written and verbal communication Ability to be

based in Yancheng, China

Proven

team leadership

within an inbound/outbound call center environment Strong command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
