Of which, Chinese international travellers are the frequent global shoppers in our business. What are we looking for? We are looking for a Consumer Insights Senior Analyst to join our team at L\xe2\x80\x99Oreal Travel Retail Asia Pacific. You will play a vital role in shaping our business strategies by providing actionable insights that drive business growth. In this role, you will work closely with the Leadership Team & marketing teams and manage the external agencies partnership. Key Job Accountabilities

  • Drive understanding of Travel Retail Shopper via consumer study in APAC and lead all cross-market studies
  • Translate business needs into research brief
  • Be the key contact on Consumer Insights matters for the Leadership, global functions and marketing teams
  • Manage the agency coordination & relationship
  • Create valuable insights \xe2\x80\x93 with clear messages and storytelling that delivers business impact/decision making
  • Analyze and identify major shifts in consumer behaviors and market trends to untap new business opportunities for travel retail
  • Champion leading-edge tools and techniques to listen to and understand consumers, such as shopper segmentation, shop-along, in-depth interviews, focus groups, social media listening, online community etc. Drive innovation in our way to understand consumers
  • Manage CI Budget
  • Lead the insights sharing at key business meetings
Qualifications
  • At least 3-4 years experience either in Consumer Insight or marketing with a Luxury Brand
  • Knowledge of beauty, luxury, travel retail dynamics/environment and competitors, markets trends and Chinese consumers
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and project management
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization with rapid growth
  • Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Confident and able to work independently
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
