- Recognized Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree
- Demonstrated ability of project and client acquisition within professional/ management consulting firms
- Expertise in the fields of management advisory, strategy consulting, M&A advisory etc.
- Possess own network of connections within multiple industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage C-level executives and decision makers
- Ownership towards business & growth
- Basic to Business level Japanese skills will be welcomed (Most of their clients are Japanese companies in ASEAN areas)
