As a Customer Relations Officer, your role will involve assisting customers regarding any requests/enquiries and resolving them.The Job:
Handle inbound/outbound calls on inquiries, feedbacks and complaints
Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The Talent:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
No experience required, training will be provided
Experience working in call centre or customer service industry will be advantageous
Willing to work weekends when needed (not required to work on PH)
