Job Description

• Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Coordinate efforts with our digital agency to produce social media content to drive reach, engagement, sales & lead generation
• Publishing of social media content across various digital platforms
• Content creation and copywriting for online and offline marketing
• Social media community management: answer enquiries to post comments
• Support the marketing team in the development of marketing plan, communication and advertising strategies to achieve targets set by the management
• Propose ideas that are fun and engaging for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram
• Measure and analyze performance based on social media algorithms
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Vendor project management

• Minimum diploma in any field with knowledge in social media and websites
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with different formats of content, ranging from video to photo-editing, etc
• Experience in optimizing content for distribution channels such as web, facebook, Instagram, telegram and tiktok
• Well-versed in the latest digital social media trends and should have a keen eye for detail
• Understanding of what drives viewership, web content, social media and how it should be presented
• Experience with copywriting is an advantage
• Past experience in leisure, travel, tours and lifestyle sectors will be advantage.
