The current role will be full-time and salaried, working primarily during Australian business hours. We are a technology-forward business and knowledge of cloud-based IT business systems (especially Google Workspace is essential. You'll be joining a team of A-players and we expect the same from you.-Managing production output the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets -Executing organic and paid marketing campaigns to help achieve business results -Ensuring that brand assets and planned content and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted B2B audiences -Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles- internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc. -Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories. -Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results -Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders -Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.Key Requirements -You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. -At least 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager, Content Manager or creative team leader -You have strong interest and experience in social media and digital marketing trends -You have a good knowledge or experience of various general aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing. -You have excellent project management, written & verbal communication skills. -You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.It will be extremely advantageous for you to have an interest and experience in: - Working in the cloud (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing the business landscape - Small businesses (i.e. up 1-30 employees) and their particular challenges and needs - Google Workspace Technology (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.) and it's integrationsApplicants MUST be based in the Philippines. .
