We are seeking a creative and motivated

Content Creation Executive

to take charge of our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to connect with audiences through dynamic and engaging content.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and manage our social content plan/calendar, and ensure consistency in
tones, visuals, and messaging across all platforms


Oversee the publishing of content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,
XiaoHongShu, TikTok, etc.to drive engagement, reach, and awareness


Work closely with our in-house photography & videography team to plan and create
social media content (videos, images, reels, and other formats) that aligns with our


identity


Produce content on-the-go for live events to ensure timely delivery Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust
strategies accordingly


Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and opportunities to leverage for
social media content


Analyse audience engagement and campaign effectiveness to refine future content
strategies


Provide regular reports and insights on content performance and market trends

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in social media content management, preferably in a similar role Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Self-starter who takes initiative, strong planning and organisational skills, and good
interpersonal interaction.


Flexibility to work occasional irregular hours during production days and adhere to
departmental and company policies.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content. Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret social media metrics. * Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
