Job Description
Content Designer
- 8 months contract (mat leave cover)
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Work location: CBD
- Develop content for Business Messaging products
- Coordinate approvals and alignment with a broad range of stakeholders
- Plan, write, edit, test and improve content across company\'s experiences
- Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards
- Collaborate with product designers, researchers, marketing, product managers and engineers to serve a global content audience
- Independently and proactively work on projects that span multiple teams
- Share your work and give feedback to teammates
- Execute the above in a deadline-driven environment
- 7+ years\' experience as a content strategist, content designer or UX writer
- Experience working in design tools, such as Figma, Sketch or Origami
- A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
- Proven track record for designing and delivering customer-focused product content
- Must be able to manage ambiguity, prioritize work and improvise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working directly with product teams, including UX/product designers, researchers, and product managers
