Identifies, troubleshoots, reports and tracks the progress of the resolution of any issues in the modules

Liaises with several teams throughout the business
Provides support to the review of the output of the team by drawing attention to the major problems and issues.
Maintains accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all individual and applicable team deliverables by following best practices, policies and procedures
Executes product-specific responsibilities and pursue in-depth understanding of customer needs, business, and corporate goals
Works cooperatively with others and works effectively to elevate personal as well as team performance
Consistently support team decisions, encourage and support team atmosphere
Participates in calibration meetings, RCA sessions, Quality Meetings, and other calls/Meetings/discussions as necessary

Identifies process improvements and works with REPH Editors, Operations Supervisor, Managing Editor and Senior Editors to roll out streamlined Content Management team processes
