We are looking for a self-motivated, goal driven and all-rounded Content Intern to join our Markets team, with a particular emphasis on supporting to drive organic traffic through social media and content strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to get a driver\'s seat perspective of building brand love and brand advocacy for a fast-growing, sector-leading organization. Acquire, adapt, and apply the various skill sets required in the ever-evolving landscape of social media marketing and online content creation, and clearly observe how social media and content strategies impact business outcomes.
This role also comes with the opportunity to put into practice multiple skill sets - account management, data analysis, communication skills, negotiation and brand building opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess energy and enthusiasm, along with the entrepreneurial drive needed to increase sales and improve profitability. S/he should be excited to communicate and establish good rapport with stakeholders, more than able to work in an environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines.
This is a 6 month to 12 month internship

WHAT YOU\'LL DO
Social Media Content and Campaigns
Manage and execute end-to-end social media campaigns with potential partners and internal stakeholders
Support to produce bite-sized content to bring to life the wider social media strategy
Provide timely and relevant response to social media enquiries
Upkeep regular social media data reporting and making data-driven recommendations
Support social media/content team on site when needed - e.g. for film productions or media events.
Brief Customer Happiness team ahead of time for any social campaigns to ensure customers get good and prompt responses from our customer happiness managers
Content / Organic Channels
Initiate and execute end-to-end production for bite-sized content, from Tiktok videos to trendjack posts.
Maintain and update weekly and monthly editorial calendars, writing captions and scheduling content on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and the Circles.Life blog.
Occasional copywriting for marketing campaigns, including EDMs and Push Notifications.

A strong creative producer and strategist, with a body of work to prove it. We want someone with bold ideas, fresh concepts, and a thirst to change the game.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent internet research skills.
Demonstrable native proficiency in Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and Online Content.
Familiarity with social media analytics.
Curious to learn, deeply passionate and driven, and proactive at problem solving.
Strong customer service and communications skill, problem-solving and troubleshooting complex issues with the ability to organize and prioritize work.
Excellent interpersonal skills; communicate complex ideas clearly, ability to build, manage and influence both internal & external stakeholders.
Agility and ensuring timelines are met in activation of campaigns, with strong project management skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design and/or video production are a big plus.
