The Role Responsibilities
This is a senior role that will drive the global content strategy and ensure the execution for our Digital Channels and Data Analytics (DCDA) team within CCIB. This role will help shape the the digital narrative to make it highly relevant for external clients & partners while providing context & actionable material for internal frontline staff helping drive the DCDA digital transformation agenda
Responsibilities

  • Oversees all digital content initiatives externally across multiple channels and platforms to drive client engagement, sales, retention and desired behaviour
  • Lead, create and execute CCIB DCDA content strategy across all of SCB footprint markets and across all client segments
  • Help define and drive best in class frontline & client communication and the SCB voice across all channels to ensure a clear and compelling proposition for our stakeholders
  • Ensure CCIB DCDA identity and messages are clearly and consistently applied across all audience touchpoints
  • Ensuring clear and compelling messaging around our digital journey
  • Work with senior management, product owners and developers to shape digital narrative, success stories and knowledge sharing materials
  • Curate content that is engaging, digestible and relatable for internal and external audience through a clear and straight forward messaging approach
  • Develop written communication materials and content, including story pitches, messaging, Q&As, press releases, articles, briefing docs, posts across relevant social media platforms
  • Own the creation of digital content that can be used across online channels, such as infographics, videos, webcast
  • Work cross functionally with members of the Group and product corporate communications teams to ensure consistent brand and messaging approach, share resources, and facilitate collaboration across internal and external activities and channels
  • Lead all GTM digital content initiatives across multiple channels and platforms to drive client engagement, sales, retention and desired behaviour.
  • Lead, create and execute CCIB DCDA content Strategy across all of SCB footprint markets and client segments. Maintain close cadence & collaboration with key stakeholders in Client Coverage, TB Product, Sales and CABM
  • Help define and drive best-in-class communications and the SCB brand voice across all channels to ensure a clear and compelling proposition for our stakeholders.
  • Ensure CCIB DCDA identity and messages are clearly and consistently applied across touchpoints.
  • Support executive communication and content for GTM comms-ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
  • Work with senior management, product owners and developers to shape digital narrative, success stories and knowledge sharing materials.
  • Curate content that\'s engaging, digestible and relatable for GTM comms.
  • Own the creation of digital content that can be used across online channels such as infographics, videos, webcast.
  • Work cross-functionally with members of the Group and product corporate communications teams to ensure consistent brand and messaging approach, share resources, and facilitate collaboration across internal and external activities and channels.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in a marketing, creative or content creation role
  • 10+ years developing digital awareness programs that engage audiences across a variety of mediums - with measurable proof points to demonstrate the efficacy of your work
  • Experience working on the edge of business & technology and creating leading edge products & solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and inter-personal skills to actively engage with cross-cultural teams across the globe.
  • A strong track record in social media channels and digital storytelling across different touchpoints, ideally online and offline
  • Preferable professional experience in a creative production environment and/or managing vendor relationships
  • Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through typography, colour, imagery.
  • Deep marketing experience preferably across multiple disciplines; experience working for a digital native or fast-paced technology company a distinct advantage.
  • Track record in influencing key stakeholders and driving successful client engagement via a mix of channels
  • A digital native or digitally fluent from channel to industry perspective
  • A believer in the power of technology and cultural transformation to drive purposeful benefits in the world
  • Demonstrated learning agility and capability in distilling complex concepts into content that can be understood by a wide audience
  • Ensures integrated communications approach, considering all audiences and communications channels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, customer-driven environment
  • Business Communication fluency mandatory.
  • Creative mind and open to feedback and alternative perspectives
  • Shaping Strategy commercially to conceptualize and translate information into effective messages for the general public and organize those thoughts into clear comms
  • Delivering Results in high pressure situations and achieve ambitious objectives. Operates effectively even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear. Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. Influencing Collaboratively to work hand in hand with regions, business units, and the rest of the company.
  • Strong ability to engage internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficient in helping team leveraged creative tools: Adobe suite, Turtl etc.
  • Video editing programs: After effects, flash etc.
