Summary:
We are recruiting a Content Manager to lead the development of marketing communication campaigns on some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest and fastest growing beverage brands, across ASP (ASEAN and South Pacific region).
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do for Us
You will be responsible for the centralised creation and delivery of creative strategy, communication ideas and final creative material that\xe2\x80\x99s sent out to individual markets to activate.
You will work with our agency partners (at the regional HQ and in-market), taking the lead on all briefings, reviews and feedback.
Ensure that all creative work is on brand, on strategy and delivers towards agreed-upon KPIs.
Strong collaboration and \xe2\x80\x98networking\xe2\x80\x99 across regional offices and marketing sub-functions to ensure that market and stakeholder feedback/needs is considered. The Content Manager will consider and then make recommendations on how to manage feedback, clearly synthesize and communicate to agency partners and markets.
Understand current and future business needs so that creative work can be developed to help achieve commercial outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working within marketing, advertising or brand communication roles.
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
Proven ability to effectively lead the execution of multi-channel and/or multi-market communication campaigns.
Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships.
Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders, including agency partners.
Ability to manage budget/cost resources for maximum efficiencies and return on investment.
