Planning trade content calendar in accordance with a global content calendar.
Create content for trade newsletters.
Create content for special trade communications.
Creating newsletter layouts in Zoho and scheduling send-outs to respective segments of the Aqua database.
Create content for scripts and banners used at trade events.
Graphic design for trade.
Writing, editing, and proofreading all sales documents.
Writing, editing, and proofreading onboard materials including but not limited to guide and Cruise Director PPTs, dining menus, spa menus, and itineraries.
Conducting SEO research, sourcing images, and writing blog posts for the Aqua website.
Updating Aquas webpages based on SEO recommendations.
Proofreading content for Aquas digital platforms and social media.
Supporting PR Assistant Manager with press administrative tasks such as booking flights and completing trip booking forms.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or communications.
High attention to detail.
Positive, problem-solving attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Adequate experience using Google Docs and Dropbox.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience using Drupal is a plus.
Prior experience in copywriting is a plus.
