Job Description

• Writes clear and concise copy for marketing materials for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online & brochures
• Create engaging thought leadership content in the form of social media posts and newsletters that is accurate, well-researched and attractive
• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
• Develop editorial calendar tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire audiences
• Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Analyze web traffic metrics
• Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
• Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Supports webinars and customer pitches

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in business-related fields
• Min 1 year of working experience in a PR, marketing, business development, agency, partnerships, or corporate communications role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
• A team player (to liaise with internal stakeholders)
• Takes ownership of allocated tasks
• Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
• Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
• Have a good understanding of social media platforms, in particular, LinkedIn
