Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Organic Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our brand\'s content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who has a deep understanding of the various digital channels and the ability to produce engaging and informative content that will attract and retain our target audience. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Plan, develop, and lead content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and video
\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company\'s goals and target audience
\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels and ensure all content is timely, relevant, and engaging
\xc2\xb7 Assist in all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads
\xc2\xb7 Drive awareness and increase following in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
\xc2\xb7 Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms (e.g., TikTok)
\xc2\xb7 Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new tools to constantly improve content creation strategies
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to amplify social media efforts Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of relevant working experience (relevant Beauty field will be a plus)
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
\xc2\xb7 Relevant skills and competencies (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Copywriting, Videography, and Graphic Design)
\xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in using social media platforms
