Role

Superminted is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Content Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media and content marketing who thrives on crafting engaging content and spotting emerging trends. You'll work closely with senior strategists and cross-functional teams to develop and execute content that captivates audiences and drives results.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign timelines Write engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, eDMs, and other marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines Plan and execute on simple shoots using mobile or DSLR Conduct research on emerging trends, tools, and opportunities relevant to client industries, contributing fresh ideas for content strategies Support the execution of social media content and campaigns, including publishing posts and coordinating assets with designers and editors, liaising with clients Track basic engagement metrics, analyse stats, document insights to inform future content strategies and create reports

Requirement and Skills

Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with strong attention to detail Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic analytics tools Min. 1 year experience in relevant social media or content marketing role; internships are a plus Proficiency with tools such as Canva and Capcut Keen eye for good design and engaging content Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
