We are looking to bring on a highly motivated Content Producer (Intern) to produce content across our live talk shows, livestreams, client campaigns and other pieces of social media content. This individual will be part of our team that builds the viral content you see across our channels.

The ideal candidate for this role has massive amounts of initiative, able to rapidly learn and apply, and be resourceful in overcoming challenges together with the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Development
Contribute ideas and assist in planning and developing creative formats for shows.
Help conceptualize and write scripts, game mechanics, interview prompts, and show outlines.
Collaborate closely with hosts, talents, and internal team members to refine and execute content concepts.
2. Pre-Shoot & On-Site Shoot Support
Facilitate production schedules by supporting with planning, logistics, timelines, and resource management.
Assist with setting up equipment, preparing shoot locations, and coordinating with talents and crew for live and pre-recorded sets.
Ensure smooth execution of studio, event, and location shoots by troubleshooting and providing hands-on support.
3. Video Editing
Support the editing of both short and long-form content across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Manage media assets and ensure deliverables are completed on time with high quality.
4. General Production Support
Work with the team to ensure timely delivery of assets and meet project timelines
Maintain clear documentation and backup of files and creative resources
Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings
Qualifications:
Strong interest and understanding of content creation and social media, especially platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram.
Team player with strong communication skills, high initiative, able to take feedback and collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment.
Willingness to be hands-on during shoots, including setting up equipment and supporting with on-set logistics.
Good eye for visuals and design, with bonus points for experience in graphic tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
Proficient in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
Ability to do visual effects on software like Adobe After Effects is a great bonus.
Proficient in videography, minimally phone-videography. Proficient in professional camera + lighting set-up is a great bonus.
