We're looking for a driven Content Strategist & Creator to lead content production across our tech and F&B brands. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing strategic content that drives business outcomes--not just posting, but thinking through what to make and why.
This role bridges strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work directly with founders to capture authentic content, document operations, and build our content presence from the ground up. We have editors for post-production--your focus is strategy, shooting, and ensuring content moves the needle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
Identify content opportunities from daily operations and business activities
Plan content calendars and ensure consistent output across platforms
Propose creative concepts based on brand direction, performance data, and market trends
Content Production & Creation
Shoot high-quality video and photo content (primarily mobile)
Capture content in real operational environments (showrooms, kitchens, events)
Design shots that highlight products, services, and brand stories
Direct on-camera talent (founders, team members) to extract authentic narratives
Ensure visual consistency and content quality across all platforms
Content Management & Community
Write compelling captions and copy that match brand voice
Decide how content is presented on social platforms
Manage and respond to social media comments and community engagement
Track content performance and optimize approach based on data
Organize and maintain digital asset library
Strategic Initiative Execution
Execute major content projects and campaigns
Document key business milestones and launches
Develop reusable content formats and templates
Continuously improve content output through testing and iteration
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years proven experience in content strategy and production
Strong strategic thinking--can articulate why content will work, not just create it
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content with minimal equipment (mobile-first approach)
Understanding of Singapore market and cultural nuances in content
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-directed and proactive--can identify opportunities without constant direction
Strong copywriting skills with ability to match different brand voices
Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Comfortable working on-site in operational environments (kitchens, showrooms, events)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with managing brand content and storytelling
Background in F&B or tech industries is an advantage
Portfolio demonstrating both strategic planning and execution
Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
Track record of growing engagement and driving business outcomes through content

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
