We're looking for a

hands-on videographer

who lives for being behind the camera--and can also guide two strategists to make sure campaigns run smoothly. If filming, directing, and bringing stories to life through video is what excites you, this role is for you.

This is your chance to:

Be the go-to person for planning and shooting video content Ensure every video has great storytelling, pacing, and visuals Work side by side with two strategists to make campaigns flow from idea to execution Provide input and oversight on edits (editing background is a plus, not a must)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Plan, shoot, and direct video content (this is priority #1) Prepare shot lists, storyboards, and visual styles for each campaign Guide two content strategists and align creative execution with campaign goals Maintain technical quality across all shoots (lighting, framing, sound) Stay on top of short-form video trends and bring in fresh ideas Join client calls when needed to align creative angles and deliverables

YOU'RE A FIT IF...

Videography is your main craft--you love being on shoots You're organised and can lead with both structure and creativity Editing background is a plus, but not required You've got a strong eye for detail, visuals, and storytelling You thrive on collaboration and give/receive feedback openly You're proactive--you see issues and fix them before they become problems
