• Position Title: Content Writer/ Content Executive
• Working Location: North (Nearest MRT: Woodlands)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4000 + Transport Allowance $100 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to create marketing technical content - such as writing, copy-editing and proof-reading for different communication initiatives
• Working closely with Marketing Communications team to develop, optimize and manage the content to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention
• Research background information, data, audience insights, ways to reduce roadblocks to be used throughout content.
• Craft compelling marketing technical content, including website landing pages, ebooks, brochure, guides, how-to presentation and video tutorials
• Create corporate content eg. Local office news, press articles, corporate presentation, regional branding video
• Work with the digital teams to drive targeted traffic to website with optimized web content; digital ads copy
• Work alongside the product launch, country marcom, design and event teams to create videos and social content
• Ensuring that SEO strategies are effectively implemented
• Assist in conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis
• Assist in monitor and report on competitor communication activities and content strategy
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned

• At least Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in writing, preferably in B2B industry
• Strong technical communication and writing skill with the passion for writing technical information in a creative and informative way
• Experience in SEO optimized writing
• Knowledge of translation management
• IT Savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
