Qualfon Philippines, a growing BPO company is looking for Content Marketing Specialist. As a member of our Sales and Marketing team, the Content Marketing Writer will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders to impact and grow our business operations.We are looking for a motivated and energetic marketing enthusiast to help develop marketing collateral for distribution across various marketing channels that will drive brand awareness and client engagement. This position is for an individual who wants to use their business writing and marketing skills to join a dynamic, high-performance, results-oriented culture.Job Responsibilities Own the creation and writing of blog posts, emails, videos, podcasts, press releases, webpages, whitepapers, and case studies Assist the development of RFP and proposal response messaging Develop video outlines and storyboards to review with key stakeholders, including the video editor. Draft press releases and marketing communication strategies to promote the company's brand, services, awards and recognition. Develop engaging social media content that speaks to the company's target market across multiple social channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook. Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling marketing deliverables that follow brand and design guidelines. Maintain SharePoint repository of assets (case studies, brochures, etc.) to ensure content is up to date, organized and accurate. Follow defined writing guides and templates per company and brand guidelines, including readability, consistency and tone Proofread individual work and work of others for grammar, spelling, sentence structure and accuracy. Provide enhancements to writing of others. Identify and implement process improvements. Other duties as assigned by leader.Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required. Concentration in marketing, communications, journalism or business degree is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of marketing writing experience, preferably in a business-to-business or BPO services organization.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, simultaneously, and with little supervision.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, listening and proofreading skills. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Advanced skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong understanding of email communication strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior internal practice leaders and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud database management and online collaboration documents including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks
