At Dornier MedTech, we believe that the future of healthcare is truly digital, and we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to support our B2B initiatives.As part of the Digital Experience team, you will enrich our websites, social media platforms and product launches with creative copy, blog posts and/or long-form articles. You should be comfortable working with complex medical information, and excited about generating ideas for our multiple audiences. You will be responsible for developing key marketing messages for our product and branding campaigns, conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and generating ideas for new content types.Ultimately, you will deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.This role supports the growth of both the core medical device business and our new patient-facing digital health initiatives, with ample opportunity for cross-department and global team collaboration. Come join us to drive impact and scale the reach of our digital health initiatives!Job Responsibilities- Explore new concepts and develop strong, compelling content to support our brand presence- Work closely with our Regional Marketing teams and Product Managers, to develop key marketing messages and social media campaigns to support our product launches o Analyze our competitor landscape and have a keen understanding of our customer needs o Ensure effective execution of product campaigns on our digital platforms- Conduct research across trending topics in Urology and beyond, to support content planning o Demonstrate Thought Leadership for our B2B Audience o Deliver meaningful insights from our kidney stone and benign prostatic hyperplasia Patient Communities, as well as our digital urology initiatives- Develop, fact-check, proofread and edit short and long form copy prior to publication - Collaborate with our Human Resource team to support employer branding efforts- Coordinate with digital marketing and design teams to illustrate social media posts and web articles- Identify trends in the broader healthcare digital marketing space, to influence the team's content strategy and performance across platforms - Work in an agile, digitally focused project team with global impactJob Requirements- Degree in communications, marketing, humanities and social sciences, or any other related field- 2 to 4 years of copywriting or agency experience- Able to show a portfolio of well-written articles or social media posts- Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and emerging social media platforms- Keen interest in medical technology and/or the Urology field- Willing to learn and contribute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- A creative self-starter that can work independently- Strong command of written and spoken English- Excellent communicator and effective team player, able to manage multiple stakeholders- Comfortable working with complex information, such as medical research papersWe regret that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
