Working closely with the strategy team, you will create monthly content calendars and brainstorm with team members to develop SEO-optimised, well-researched content that aligns with MIU\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, respect all team members equally, and are passionate about creating content that captures attention and inspires action.Responsibilities & Results Research industry-related topics to develop original, well-researched content aligned with our clients\' voices. Create monthly content calendars that guide and organise the content output across multiple platforms. Develop SEO-powered article outlines and produce premium, optimised articles to improve search visibility and engagement. Write content for blogs, social media, EDMs, and other platforms tailored to clients\xe2\x80\x99 audiences (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more). Collaborate with the digital marketing and design team to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned messaging across all platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas that enhance engagement and audience retention. Adhere to best practices in SEO by conducting detailed keyword research and strategically integrating keywords to boost traffic. Craft compelling headlines, creative copy, and social & ad captions that capture the attention of target audiences. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and readability, meeting MIU\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards. Engage with clients\xe2\x80\x99 goals to understand their branding needs and social media objectives, contributing content that enhances their positioning. Demonstrate a team-focused mindset by embracing feedback, respecting every team member equally, and supporting a positive, ego-free work culture. Maintain an interest in creatively writing for long-form and short-form content and develop editing and proofreading skills. Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field. Experience: Proven content writing or copywriting experience with a published portfolio, including examples demonstrating SEO integration and audience engagement. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of content management systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of graphic design or multimedia software. Core Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and multitasking abilities with effective communication skills.Desired Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences would further support success in this role.
