Who are we looking for?

We\'re looking for a talented and adaptable weekend writer to join our Content Team, creating and publishing trip itineraries that set the stage for unforgettable travel experiences.

About you:
As our Content Writer, you possess the unique ability to connect with two distinct audiences:

• (1) the adventurous Gen Z traveler
• (2) the wellness enthusiast yearning for enriching retreats

Your versatility shines through as you produce engaging and informative content optimized for our itinerary booking pages as per the requirements of our tour operator partners and traveler requests. You are a fast learner who can digest a mass amount of information and identify gaps in crucial information.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll produce original content to help sell our customer\xe2\x80\x99s itineraries and capture the voice of our excited TourHeroes leading the trips. You will also curate visually stunning image content to supplement your writing, bringing each itinerary to life in a vivid and inspiring way.

What you\'ll do:

• Create content for itinerary booking pages accurate to the operational requirements outlined by the team, each personalized to individual TourHeroes. This will include:

• Writing 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 itineraries a day (on average 2000 words per itinerary)
• Updating/editing existing itineraries
• Image sourcing and captioning
• Input accurate data into our content management system
• Partner across the company, especially with the Wellness Operations Team, MBA Operations Team, and Customer Experience Team, to create compelling travel itineraries that attract Gen Z travelers and wellness retreat-goers
• Other ad hoc requests related to customer itineraries and content

Requirements

Skills & qualifications:

• Excellent command of the English language, including impeccable spelling, punctuation, and syntax
• 1+ years of content writing experience; prior travel writing experience a plus
• Ability to work without supervision in a dynamic environment, multitask, and be a self-starter
• High level of responsiveness and communication as you will engage with the team on time-sensitive tasks
• A traveler at heart

Your availability:

• Available from 10 am \xe2\x80\x93 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday
• Your first week: a full 5-day training period (e.g. Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm \xe2\x80\x94 the actual training schedule can be discussed). During this training period, you will work directly with our Singapore-based Content Editor to become familiar with your responsibilities, take on tasks under supervision, and have a designated point of contact to support you as you learn on the job. Before the end of the training week, you will have started producing ready-to-use content that adheres to our company standards. Following the training period, you will transition into your weekend-only role. In this capacity, you will be expected to work independently and take initiative in pursuing and completing tasks.
