The Learning team is a Centre of Expertise within the Organisation & People department in Temasek. Role Overview

As a senior member of the Learning team in Temasek, you will anchor select learning portfolio and enable capability development through fit for purpose programmes and learning initiatives.

As the learning partner, you will collaborate closely with the business managers as well as O&P business partners to chart and deliver the learning agenda.

You will also contribute to the operations in the Learning team by overseeing the junior members of the team and providing guidance and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Embed learning roadmaps, driving implementation and evolution of learning pathways to enable a future ready workforce.
  • Plan and implement learning programmes to cater to development focus areas in accordance with business/functional priorities as well as the leadership competencies
  • Conceptualise/ identify learning solutions to meet learning needs of the organisation, leveraging diverse learning formats to suit a global audience. Work with external partners to source, select and deploy fit for purpose programmes. Manage existing programmes including contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Lead key learning initiatives including the High Potential Programmes, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Programmes, Coaching and Wellness.
  • Learning Partner for assigned business groups and geographies.
  • Lead bespoke Learning and Development.
  • Team management - oversee and guide junior members of the team and their portfolio
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent with 10+ year experience, and minimum 5 years in Learning and Development
  • Experience in learning including but not limited to learning portfolio management, programme design/selection, vendor management.
  • Robust functional know how including latest learning trends and technologies.
  • Adept at stakeholder management, programme and project management
  • Highly motivated individual and fast learner who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English
  • Prior team management experience is highly desirable
