Job Description

• 5 months contract (Maternity Cover)
• 5 Days (Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm)
• Paya Lebar MRT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Receivable

• Review and post manual invoice in system
• Perform AR closing and report

Account Payable

• Review and post manual invoice in system
• Input misc. invoice for approval
• Prepare payment to suppliers
• Perform AP closing and report
• Liaise with vendor for monthly reconciliation

Monthly Closing

• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare sales reconciliation
• Prepare sales and purchase reports

Others

• UAT for relevant module
• Any other task assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting field
• At least 2 years experience in accounting
• Good knowledge and understand operation in accounting and knowledge for taxation would be advantage
