Job Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate planning and organization skills
- Able to do simple data entry
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Experienced in managing volunteers is an advantage
- Prior experience working with PLD is an added advantage
- Having manual handling skills is an advantage
- Carrying out individual/ group activities engagement sessions for patients under the instructions and guidance of the therapist
- Keep records of patient\'s daily performance
- Maintain the logistics required to ensure smooth running of the sessions
Main Duties
- Plan and manage the Individual/ Group engagement sessions for patient under the instructions and guidance of therapist.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the sessions
- Monitor patients\' safety and well-being during the activities.
- Report patient\'s performance during session to therapist
- Documentation of patient\'s performance during sessions
- Run groups with volunteers/ assistant (when applicable).
- Manage logistics required for session
- Simple data entry of patient\'s assessment score and performance to excel document
- Train caregiver/ volunteers on the type of engagement activities that patient responded well to
