Hustle Institute is a fast-growing training provider dedicated to empowering individuals with career and personal growth skills. We are hiring a Contract Admin / Operations / Reception Staff to support daily operations, classroom activities, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
Manage learner registrations and maintain accurate records.
Assist in daily operations and coordinate with internal teams.
Follow up on payments and resolve outstanding fee matters.
Handle learner and visitor enquiries promptly and professionally.
Support classroom set-up, maintenance, and equipment checks.
Assist trainers during sessions as and when needed.
Perform reception duties and general administrative tasks.
Work on weekends to support training schedules (with weekday off-days).
What We Offer
Competitive contract salary of $2,000 - $2,200 per month.

Requirements
Singaporeans/PRs only.
Diploma/Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome).
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to commit for 6 months (with possibility of extension).
Willing to work on weekends.
